Mythic Paint – Legendary Rewards™ Program
Terms and Conditions
Legendary Rewards™ is a unique program offering Mythic Paint customers the opportunity to acquire “Mythic Bucks” with each purchase of any five gallon bucket of Mythic® paint, which are redeemable for prizes at www.legendaryrewards.com. Each retail purchase of a 5 gallon bucket of Mythic® paint entitles the purchaser to a $20.00 Mythic Buck. Recipients simply need to register their “Mythic Bucks” online and can save or redeem their Bucks as they wish in accordance with the Legendary Rewards Program.
THE LEGENDARY REWARDS™ PROGRAM IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR REGULATED BY LAW.
Who Can Participate?
Except as otherwise described herein, participation in the Legendary Rewards™ Program is open to residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older at time of registration. Mythic Paint reserves its right to examine identification of all entrants and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding a prize, merchandise or reward based on the identification presented.
To receive a Mythic Buck™, simply purchase a 5 gallon bucket of Mythic® paint from any participating retailer. You will receive a $20.00 Mythic Buck™ for each 5 gallon bucket purchased. Mythic Bucks™ may only be issued and picked up at the time of purchase.
Enrollment and Registration in Legendary Rewards™ Program
In order to participate in Legendary Rewards™ Program recipients of Mythic Bucks™ must (a) enroll at www.legendaryrewards.com by providing your name, certain contact information and social security number (which is necessary if you redeem your Mythic Bucks™ for rewards); (b) release Mythic Paint and its affiliates, agents, directors, shareholders and employees from liability in connection with the Legendary Rewards™ Program; (c) to the extent permitted by law, grant Mythic Paint the worldwide non-exclusive and royalty-free right to use recipient’s name, image and likeness in connection with the promotion of the Legendary Rewards™ Program and Mythic® paint and products without further consideration; (d) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions and rules of the Legendary Rewards™ Program and (e) acknowledge and agree that the participant is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes in connection with the Legendary Rewards™ Program.
During enrollment, participants will select a username and password to access the Legendary Rewards™ Program website. Access will permit participants to register their Mythic Bucks™, accumulate their Mythic Bucks™ and claim rewards in accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of the Legendary Rewards™ Program.
Mythic Paint is not responsible for and shall have no liability with respect to any computer, transmission or other delay or failure in connection with the registration or redemption of any Mythic Bucks™. Robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry modes are prohibited and will be void.
Mythic Bucks™
Mythic Bucks™ are issued solely by authorized Mythic dealers and authorized Mythic Paint personnel only to customers who purchase a 5 gallon bucket of Mythic® paint from any participating retailer in accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of the Legendary Rewards™ Program.
Participants shall receive a $20.00 Mythic Buck™ for each 5 gallon buck of Mythic® paint purchased.
Mythic Bucks™ have no cash value, are void where prohibited or regulated and may only be redeemed for the merchandise listed at www.legendaryrewards.com in accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of the Legendary Rewards™ Program.
Mythic Bucks™ may be accumulated by participants, but Mythic Bucks™ are only redeemable during the Legendary Rewards™ Program, which program expires on December 31, 2011, or sooner as set forth below.
Merchandise redeemable with Mythic Bucks™ will be valued at the estimated retail value at the time of acquisition by Mythic Paint and redeemable as set forth below.
Mythic Bucks™ are not transferable and will only be issued in connection with the retail sale of a 5 gallon bucket of Mythic® paint.
Available Rewards / Redeeming Legendary Rewards
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or at www.legendaryrewards.com or otherwise stated by any employee or agent of Mythic Paint, no person will be entitled to receive any reward until after their eligibility has been confirmed or accepted by Mythic Paint and all required paperwork or documentation, including, without limitation, release of liability, has been completed within applicable deadlines.
Registered Mythic Bucks™ may be used to redeem merchandise listed at www.legendaryrewards.com from the following Mythic Buck™ categories: $100; $300; $500 and $1,000. For example, merchandise in the $300 category will be merchandise with an estimated retail value of not less than $300, but not more than $499 and will be redeemable with $300 worth of registered Mythic Bucks™.
Mythic Paint reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value for the rewards offered for redemption. No transfer or assignment of rewards will be permitted.
Mythic Paint is not be responsible for and shall have no liability with respect to any defects in the merchandise redeemed pursuant to the Legendary Rewards™ Program. Mythic Paint will not accept any returns of merchandise redeemed pursuant to the Legendary Rewards™ Program. All returns or defects are the responsibility of the applicable manufacturer in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Participants redeeming rewards are solely responsible for paying any and all applicable local, county, state, federal or other taxes and fees based on the estimated retail value of the reward or rewards redeemed. In certain cases as required by law, Mythic Paint will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the participant.
Expiration, Limitations and Alterations
The Legendary Rewards™ Program will expire on December 31, 2011. As of 5:00 PM Pacific Time, no additional Mythic Bucks™ will be issuable. For a period of ninety (90) days following the expiration of the Legendary Rewards™ Program, participants will be able to register Mythic Bucks™ and redeem available merchandise.
All aspects of the Legendary Rewards™ Program, including, without limitation, Mythic Buck™ redemption values and merchandise available for redemption, may be changed, substituted, or adjusted at any time without prior notification. The Legendary Rewards™ Program or any portion thereof may be revised or terminated with thirty (30) days prior written notice. If Legendary Rewards Program is terminated, all accumulated Mythic Bucks™ must be redeemed within ninety (90) days from the termination date.
Legendary Rewards Sponsor

SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LEGENDARY REWARDS™ PROGRAM INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE REDEMPTION OF MYTHIC BUCKS™ FOR REWARDS, PRIZES OR MERCHANDISE, OR RELATING TO THE USE OR REDEMPTION OF MYTHIC BUCKS™ OR SERIAL NUMBERS THAT ARE INCOMPLETE, LATE, GARBLED, MUTILATED, ILLEGIBLE, DELAYED, MISDELIVERED, LOST, DAMAGED, STOLEN, DELETED OR CORRUPTED DURING TRANSMISSION, MISDIRECTED OR OTHERWISE NOT TIMELY OR ACCURATELY DELIVERED OR DIFFICULT TO INTERPRET OR UNDERSTAND. MYTHIC BUCKS™ AND MYTHIC BUCK™ SERIAL NUMBERS RECEIVED BY SPONSOR THAT ARE INCOMPLETE, LATE, GARBLED, MUTILATED, ILLEGIBLE, DELAYED, MISDELIVERED, LOST, DAMAGED, STOLEN, DELETED OR CORRUPTED DURING TRANSMISSION, MISDIRECTED OR OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO INTERPRET OR UNDERSTAND SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REWARDS, PRIZES OR MERCHANDISE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONJUNCTION OR CONNECTION WITH THE LEGENDARY REWARDS™ PROGRAM, AND/OR ANY PRIZE, MERCHANDISE OR REWARD ACQUIRED BY OR AWARDED TO ANY PARTICIPANT THROUGH THE LEGENDARY REWARDS™ PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR BODILY OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, EVEN IF THE FOREGOING PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSS. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IF ANY, OF THE RELEASED PARTIES ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED $1.00.
Miscellaneous
Sponsor shall be the sole arbiter in all matters related to the Legendary Rewards™ Program and Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and unappealable. Registration of the participant at www.legendaryrewards.com constitutes agreement by the participant to abide by these and any other applicable rules, terms and conditions.
By participating in the Legendary Rewards™ Program, participants consent to Sponsor’s usage of any one or more of the following for any advertising or promotional purpose without payment or any additional consideration: participant’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information and participation in the Legendary Rewards™ Program and the amount of Mythic Bucks™ redeemed by such participant.
